Born and raised in the South Bronx of New York, Jonathan grew up with a tremendous passion for movement. As a creative artist and athlete, he discovered serious motivational fitness through break dancing and basketball.
Jonathan is a NASM certified Personal Trainer specializing in Mike Boyle’s functional strength, TRX suspension and Rip trainer, Kettlebell Concepts, and Annette Lang’s pre/post-natal and integrated stretching.
Jonathan holds a B.S. in Health Education and a B.A. in Philosophy. During his time away from the gym, he is a musician, enjoys cooking, and is a student at The School of Practical Philosophy.
