B-Ball Madness is a fun, dynamic court workout taught by former Division 1 Athlete Jade Alexis. Challenge your cardio endurance as Jade coaches you through a series of intense basketball drills that target your legs, core and upper body.  Burn it off and tone it up with B-Ball. LAPS & MILES with Zack Schares
Zack ScharesNative Texan and now New Yorker Zack Schares is an accomplished triathlete who lives and trains by the motto “No one ever drowned in sweat.” Zack wields this attitude within all his classes to motivate and push clients to get the most out of every single workout. He’s especially good at monitoring individual progress while instructing classes, employing quick modifications for those who may find certain exercises to be too easy or hard.

Improve your time and technique as triathlete Zach Schares coaches you through a two day (March 23 and 30) swim/run workout. Laps & Miles combines 30-minutes of swimming with 30 minutes of running. Increase your fitness level in this fantastic, full body workout that will make you faster and stronger. There is a 10 minute transition time from pool to treadmill. Space limited.
