Back by popular demand. This creative combination of cardio, strength, Pilates and yoga is designed to carve out a sleek physique. Push ups and planks flow into downward dogs and lunges as you chisel your abdominals and work up a serious sweat! For 55 minutes you will challenge your endurance with fluid combinations, torch calories with plyometric jumps, and deepen your sense of balance and body awareness.
