Learn how to get a more effective cycling workout by intensifying the challenge with the Spinning Computer. Instructors will coach you through the hills and flats using appropriate RPMs that will help you decide on the correct amount of resistance needed to execute proper cycling technique. Resistance and proper RPMs will increase the caloric burn and make the most out of your riding time. Please follow the regular Spin sign up procedure.
